Need Major advice on tomorrow night!!! Please help

Ok Ladies, I need help!! Here is the issue, I am due to ovulate on Monday CD 13, I am doing 7 day abstain with my attempt being Sunday early AM to give my a 1-1.5 cut-off. My problem is my Sister-In-Law!!! We are having a "girls night", her idea, on Saturday night, going to dinner and a broadway show of Ripper. She wants to go to Olive Garden. She knows I swayed last time with Noah so if I eat wierd she might catch on and I DO NOT want her to know we are trying. Long story but drama filled! LOL Anyways, I SO do not want to cheat the night before my attempt but what do I do!! I have looked at their website and I could do only salad ( I love salad so would not be suspicious) and be ok with cals but my fat would be bad and my sodium would be TERRIBLE!!! I could go with a pasta bowlof angel hair pasta with marinara and be ok but it might look funny if I do not have salad.
Which is more important not to mess up on...fat...or sodium?!
Please help I am stressing out about this dinner and I know that is not good! LOL

I already planned on not eating anything all day so whatever I eat there will be it!

I'm sure it will be fine - I would sacrifice sodium first but if you're not eating all day (or even if you're having something small for lunch) you'll probably still be ok for the day overall. Have a good night!

Go and have fun! :) For me on days that I go over, it is usually on sodium before fat. You should be just fine for your daily total intake with you plan. :)

Thanks ladies, maybe I will just do the salad then. I will be ok on everything else just my sodium will be insane! It just makes me nervous since it is the night before our attempt. I have been so good I hate to have to be bad so close to goal time KWIM.
