Sh*t just got real
My DH and I have been going back-and-forth for the last year over whether we wanted to have a third. Recently he decided he didn't want more but I wasn't giving up hope. Just today he decided he wants to try again and start in August. That gives me about five weeks of swaying, is that enough? I stopped and went back to my old ways because I thought he was out.
I'll be doing the HE diet for 5 weeks. We've been on supplements on and off for the past couple months but it will be about 7 weeks consistently before our first attempt. I've been doing insanity which I think is a good workout but too long. I plan on cutting it down to 30 minutes, 5 days a week.
I've never gotten pregnant on the first try. Our first took three months and our second actually took nine months and medical intervention for unexplained secondary infertility. I'm really hoping that was just some weird fluke and I will conceive quicker this time. Should I try to convince him to wait until September?
Also should I keep doing insanity or switch to just weights? Thanks 🙏

I think I read Atomic say that 5 weeks on HE/boy sway was decent. Exciting!

Thanks! I'm just nervous it's not enough time with the supplements and I feel like dh's sperm needs to improve from supplements and more frequent bding. He was traveling like crazy so our love life has been lacking.
There are so many variables, I'm nervous!! I swayed with my last dd but it took so long to get pregnant, I dropped everything and was totally LE when I got pregnant. As soon as I can get to my computer, I'm going to become a dream member so I can soak up everything!

That's great that DH changed his mind, good luck.

I think you are doing great and are on target for an attempt in August.
IT's always something - there's always a reason to postpone but what happens far too often is that people postpone and then end up having sh--get even REALER in the next month, and the next, and even the sh-- hitting the fan unexpectedly and they think back on that perfectly good month they skipped and wish they'd just gone ahead and done it.
Long story short - you never know what the future holds and unless you're living on cranberry supplements and rice cakes, I think you are good to go.

Hahahaha Atomic!! Perfect response. Thanks!!
You're right. It's always going to be something and dh is totally on board now so I'm going to take advantage of this momentum. Plus like I said, I've never gotten pregnant on the first try. So if it goes an extra month or two that will be okay.
The real hope is that it doesn't take 9 months to conceive again!
