I'm still breastfeeding my one year old. It seems to be mainly for comfort but happens about four times a day. Should I add anything in my sway to address this. I plan on stopping in September when summer break is over.

I'm not an expert on swaying but I do think you need to adjust upward calorie needs for breastfeeding. Because we're doing the High Everything diet already, you probably just need to adjust upward your calorie needs EVEN MORE than the rest of us. (Plus all your other nutrients since they do pass through the breastmilk). Good luck! Here's a reference from a great breastfeeding resource (kellymom) on nutrition needs while breastfeeding: Daily Dietary Reference Intakes
I was afraid of that!! I already feel like I'm eating soooo much. Maybe I'll just cut down to once in the morning and once at night. We buy organic milk so I was partially doing it to be cheap and not have to buy as much. I'll just start giving her more vitamin D milk and I still have 100 ounces or so of breast milk left I can give her. Thanks!
You're eating enough already Quinn.
Please don't ever cut down or out breastfeeding if you and your baby are enjoying it, for swaying. Swaying is never a guarantee and you should not change your life upside down and inside out. I can assure you I got a boy and a girl while breastfeeding, so I know it's totally possible to get a boy nursing.
My younger boy was conceived while nursing my older too, so it's for sure possible. You really only need about 200 more calories a day while nursing if I remember correctly.
