No abstain?

Am I understanding correctly that abstaining is not recommended any longer? I'm roughly 4-5 days away from O and that'll put us at an 10-11 day abstain. Dh is on OLE and LR, so does that mean us swayers are relying on supps alone to sway? What about lowering sperm count?

Over 35 no but can still abstain if young and healthy. There are other ways to lower sperm count but I just j&d cuz I control that lol

I approved it. I do not understand why this is randomly happening sometimes and I apologize. I can always see the threads so even if you and others can't, as soon as I get to it I will approve them and reply. :)

GD hates my posts. ;) I don't usually mind, but now that we are actively ttc, I'll get nervous that I will have a last minute question before my attempt and it won't go through. Ha!
