What "extras" are people adding to their sway?
This time I'm really big on the HE diet, prenatal, fish oil, and building muscle. I'm debating on adding any extra things that I've read about. When I swayed two years ago (before stopping because it took too long to get pregnant!) from af-o I did gelatin, evening primrose oil, baking soda drink (sometimes). I also drank wheat grass every day. Those were difficult to sustain and that's why I'm not sure I want to add anything more, especially if it takes as long as before.
I was thinking of adding brewers yeast because I have some here. I'm also drinking lemon water and one cup of decaf green tea. Next time I go to Costco, I might grab a large case of coconut water. I don't think I can do the gelatin and wheat grass again. They were tough to stomach sometimes.
I would love to hear what everyone else thinks is important!
