I think it's safe to say that baby oil in that area is a huge no-no (please feel free to tell me if I'm wrong, people!).
It is best to stick to products made specifically for that purpose.

NO NO NO oils in the VJ when swaying. Also no egg whites, they are terrible for infections.
Use Preseed, Conceive Plus, Yes Baby - those are ok.
It is also ok to use nothing and just rely on your body's natural CM to sway blue. I have 4 boys and never used any lube at all to get them. :)
Grapefruit juice may help make more CM.
