Has anyone done this? I found some YouTube videos for fertility yoga and thought about trying it. I've also heard a lot about acupuncture but I wouldn't know where to start.

I did both. I added Yoga on top of my daily 1 hour cardio. I only did the relaxing type not the super sweaty power yoga. For acupuncture, I went the recommended twice a week for three months to correct my cycles. I kept ovulating late and my LP was so short. It helped tremendously! I should also mention that around the time I got my BFP I had been going to acupuncture and doing Yoga for two months, and DS2 weaned himself from BFing the month prior. So who knows what really did the trick, yk? I do believe that the acupuncture corrected my cycles though.
To find low cost acupuncture, type in POCA coop (it is community based acupuncture) and search for clinics in your area. It is based on what you can afford per treatment, usually $15-25- no judgements to make health and wellness more accessible for people. I paid $15 per treatment, since I was going twice a week for three months (only two though!). The clinicians are amazing, and they all go through the same training but may have different additional education.

I just realized you are swaying boy. I am pregnant with DS3 [emoji4][emoji170]! I swayed for a DD for my DH. I believe I got this little guy because I had to add things to boost my fertility and it it increased too much in the blue zone for me. I also was taking Vitamin D twice a week (I was deficient), zinc 15 mg three times a week (I had a chemical in November before my BFP in February), and CoQ10 400mg twice a day to boost egg quality. I think these supplements, the acupuncture (though necessary for me at the time), and DS2 deciding to wean himself all boosted my fertility into the blue zone despite me being strict on the LE diet, exercise (maybe this crossed into the blue zone with the addition of the relaxing Yoga?), and BDing every 4 days.
I think if you add Yoga to your classic HE diet and have the recommended three attempts in your fertile window plus BDing every other day until you get past the latest CD you've ever Oed (if your DH can handle it), then you should be stellar!! When I got my other two boys (had no idea about swaying then), I also took a one a day prenatal vitamin that included DHA (target brand the one with two pill).
