First attempt after 4 weeks

So I am apparently very bad at math and just realized today when I make my first attempt it will be four weeks on the heat diet and not to five. Do you guys think I should wait until the next month just in case? I have been eating "HE-like" by eating avocados and increasing protein but I wasn't eating nearly enough calories and drinking diet coke. I've also been doing high intensity interval training which builds muscles in short bursts but is also a decent amount of cardio.

I've never been pregnant on the first attempt so I'm tempted to try just to get a start. Dh and I have also been taking supplements on and off for a couple months. I was lazy about refilling them because I honestly didn't think dh would change his mind.

I really want the best chance to have a boy.

Unlike the pink diets, the blue diet gets good results right from the get go but most people have done it at least 6 weeks, and there is just not enough people who have done less for me to be able to say for sure.

Do keep in mind that the diet and supps may increase your fertility and we have had quite a few people get pg first month with a boy sway even with a history of having trouble conceiving.

Hmm now I'm not sure what to do. Dh really doesn't want to wait. I've done the HE diet before and didn't get pregnant but I feel like I'm eating much healthier now with more nutrients.

I'm hoping with my minor jump start before actually swaying that maybe I helped my body become blue friendly. Hopefully!! ��
