Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Not a great amount of change just much much smaller portion sizes & no snacking. Had coffee & coke zero if I wa hungry which I never had before

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I can't remember BMI but I lost 10kgs
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I started off doing daily running but when I fell pregnant I hadn't exercised for 3mths. I would occassionaly walk
