Brown Spotting and NO Ovulation?? Anyone Know?

Hi Atomic, thanks for your replies to my posts in the intro section. I'm taking your advice on the things you described, including following the PCOS diet. However two days ago I started spotting brown and light pink blood, but only noticed it from checking my cm. Yesterday and this morning it was still brown and not getting heavier.

I clearly haven't ovulated yet, and been super DRY for 5-6 weeks, and I've never had spotting before ovulation. Could this be due to vitex messing up my hormones? Or I may not ovulate at all? My tempts isn't doing anything and hasn't rose at all and still super dry, far from O'ing I guess. I know no one knows what's going on with my body, just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar experience.

Yes, the vitex can cause some weirdness to happen and I think that's what is going on. Most people will O eventually, just keep temping and see what happens.

If you can swing it, after 5-6 weeks with no ovulation or AF, you may want to schedule a doc's appt. becuase they can give you something that will make AF come and then you can start afresh with a new cycle. They won't always be willing to do this, but it is something to consider. :)
