Went for a first trimester screening and I swear I saw a penis and mentioned it to the tech. Long story short she said cant promise but she wouldn't disagree with me. I didn't get a potty shot, but she gave me a profile and told me she wasn't marking it boy lol. Any help!? I'm going insane googling other ultrasounds.
I'm in a similar boat; same kind of conversation with the tech at my 13 week, 1 day U/S. Everyone here said boy (my tech wouldn't say), I've searched just about every possible scenario on the internet to see if and how boys can look like girls at this stage. Eventually you run out of searches, and just have to wait.
Anyway, my guess for you would be boy, IF I'm looking at the right thing. I'm not an expert, I've just seen one million U/S photos from my own obsessing!

3d isn't great for gender guesses at this gestation. Your nub does look like a boy yes but I wouldn't buy blue just yet :) xx
