Moms of three+ boys, (cute article)

I've wanted to post this for awhile and kept forgetting but now that I'm pregnant again and probably with another boy I thought of it again.

This is an article about a calendar three adult sons made for their mom and it is really sweet.

It just reminds me that having only sons can be such a blessing and that we as moms can have a special connection with them too. (Of course the same goes for all girl families that just isn't what I have).

Awe! I love this! It goes to show that children love and revere their mom no matter what gender they are!

I've been told by my Dad's mom (my Grandma [emoji4] who has three sons) that if you want a lasting relationship with your children, be there for them when they are little and beyond. You get from the relationship what you put into it. Let them be the guide and let them tell you what they need from you as they get older. It may not be in words, it may be in their actions, but they will tell you what they need from you- just be sure you are listening/watching. My Grandma is so revered by each of her three boys that since my Grandpa died six years ago, they all take turns caring for her. My dad wants to move away from the small town they live in but won't because she may need him [emoji4]. I take her advice because it seems to work [emoji4]!
