OLE for DH whom is 48? TTC Girl after DS # 4!

Can you please advise how DH is suppose to take Olive Leaf Extract for TTC Girl? I’m sorry I can’t find this info anywhere on this site.
I purchased the Personalized Sway Plan last yr before I could use it and accidently got P with DS #4. On my sway plan OLE was recommended for him as he was 47 years old.
Background info if needed for advice…. DH is now 48. He has never been a FR and we only BD about once a month. We got P with DS #3 and DS #4 while BD once that month and were using withdrawal as a form of BC. I’ve always thought he had low T already, but maybe not. I had also been practicing with RePHresh (as a just in case and used as advised) had ½ app hrs before BD and ½ after BD and still got P. Also had no O, and had changed diet somewhat. We were not taking any supplements. He drinks a few beers a couple of times per week. I’m not a big red meat eater, maybe once a week. I had already lost 45 pounds as I just had DS # 3 nine months earlier. I also had no ECM to speak of and took Benadryl after BD as a JIC.

He needs to be releasing every 4 days or so for optimal sperm health. No long abstain.

DH should use OLE daily starting right away (or 6 weeks before TTC) 500 mg a day of dry leaf. He can use liquid if you prefer in that case follow the dose on the bottle becase all the liquids are formulated differently.

Thank you so much for responding. Can he use peppermint tea with OLE? If so how often? When should he start?

Yes you can do those two together altho I don't use the herbs much for men over 45.

3 cups a day of pep tea, Use 1 or two tea bags and allow to steep for 5 min. before drinking.
