Suggestion...

I think that to post in the Ultrasound Guess forum you should have to have a minimum post count or something. Kind of annoying when people just join to post an u/s pic to get guesses when they don't contribute here in any other way. Just a thought....

You mean the "one and done" folks? LOL I know. I don't want to make life too difficult for people that come by though. They may stick around and decide to post later one. I understand what you mean though.
