Wheatgrass dosage?

My dh and I started taking Amazing Grass wheatgrass pills. We've been talking 5 a day each which is the recommended dosage but we're going to run out in 20 days. We've already switched to a more expensive protein powder that we need to replace more frequently as well. I'm trying to add things to our sway that can be sustained if this ttc takes a long time again. Can we switch to three pills each or
maybe 3 for me and 2 for him? Will we still get a good benefit from them if we're not taking 5000 mg? Thanks!

Yes it's fine to cut back on things like that. You can also do the "blitz" method where you only use for 5-7 days coming into O.
