A small amount of sugar should be fine.
That is how I drink my coffee- a splash of creamer, a pinch of sugar and cinnamon to taste. I've always had my coffee this way even not swaying!

Technically it counts as a meal I think if you have regular sugar and cream. Or at least I was under the impression that it did. It's still calories.
So it isn't good? Then I'm in trouble lol
Technically it does count for calories, which isn't much at all. Most of us do it to tide us over until our first meal. Atomic did it and got a girl and several other ladies have as well. Go for it- just don't put more than a pinch of sugar in each cup and only a splash of creamer.
Seriously, if this actually counted as a meal with such few calories....don't sweat it! Just add it to your overall totals!

Hi ladies, I was just wondering if it is ok to have a morning coffee with a splash of light milk and sugar, as it contains calories, protein and sodium.
Technically anything that is unsweetened or artificially sweetened is not allowed first thing in the morning (cream is always ok)
BUT that having been said, a small amount of sugar burns off pretty quick and this was a cheat I always allowed myself in the morning and I got a girl doing it.
Wait cream is always allowed? I've been having an iced coffee everyday with whole milk and a tad but if maple syrup but I count it as a meal. Should I switch to cream?
Cream or whole milk - there is not enough of anything to even speak of in there.
Cream is no better or worse than milk and in fact it can be a way to sneak in some fat for people who are having a hard time getting up to 30 g
