one a day from bayer i think. right now he is on one daily walgreens generic brand but once we hit 6 weeks (this sunday) he ;s going for the expensive kind...hahah (not that it works better..just more of the minerals i want for him).
I personally like the One a Day Men's 50+ Advantage. It's got pretty much everything with the exception of carnitine and arginine that you want your DH to be taking. It does have a small amount of cal and mag in it though.
Do know that my husband balked at taking it because it is for men over 50..."But I'm NOT over 50," he said, indignantly, with scowling brow and pouty lips...
same here..over 50 and my dh was upset and defensive. hahaha.
Awesome! I bought him the 50+ multivitamins too b/c I thought I had read that somewhere on here (but of course couldn't find it when I went back). I gave my DH a disclaimer about the 50+ before I gave them to him so he didn't say anything :)Quote:
