Iver read a lot and know a lot of swaying techni takes time and Im sure the more you prepare the more likely you are to get the result you want. That being said, if we are going to start trying this month are there any simple short term things we should try to sway girl?

The easiest thing to do for a last min girl sway is just have one attempt. Good luck :)
Do one attempt at positive opk and try immediately to stick to LE diet and start exercising. Then if you don't get pg this month, you've got a month into it for a better chance next month.
