yes but I would not exceed 4-5 days a week doing this. be sure you're taking 2 or 3 rest days.
Yes ma'am. I'll gladly take an excuse to not workout. My dh is noticing I'm "bulking" up but I'm trying to not get too flabby. I still had 10 extra pounds on me from my one year old and I don't want to gain anymore.
