Prego moms help!!!

Had my attempt the wee early midnight hours night before last then got positive opk yesterday afternoon. I was trying to stick w one attempt but opk still positive this morning and its driving me crazy. Dh is about to leave and wondering if should attempt again in case I O 36 hours out. Any of you ladies conceive on 1 attempt day before positive opk??? Swaying girl-

Thanks. It's left at one attempt. Opk went negative last night. Not that I know what or if that means anything lol but it makes me feel better. Haven't had any noticeable ewcm but hoping its in there somewhere to carry my girls along:)
