Lol anyone remember Nicole Ritchie when she stopped eating...loose flabby skin hanging off an scrawny asexual looking rectangular body with no shape and nary a muscle to be seen? .... this is me on the LE diet haha. I gross myself out. I shall name myself the muffin top anorexic. Sigh :tissue: hopefully it's all worth it lol.

Lol my husband took a video of me dancing in hardly any clothing and it was horrifying yet morbidly fascinating at the same time. Like a flabby scarecrow doing a rain dance. The jiggling was mesmerizing hahaha. .. sucks I was prone to skinny fat before and had just transformed my body thru weight training and eating healthy. It's sooooo hard to go backwards. But little girls are just dilicious and so worth my pathetic physical appearance lol.

How much weight have you lost and what is your BMI?
I am always around 115 at 5'7 BMi 18.5 always. But on a low protein diet without weight training my muscle very quickly atrophys and I'm left with a skinny flabby noodle body lol. But I was like that before I got fit when I had my daughter too. Albeit abit better cause I tried to workout once in awhile.

Lol, I completely understand!!!! I love that explanation - anorexic with a muffin top. I find it interesting that my mummy belly doesn't disappear either!
If you are at BMI 18.5 I do not want you to lose one iota more weight. I get that you're not actually losing weight but just wanted to state very clearly for others reading the thread that she has not lost weight. 18.5 is the absolute barest minimum I want anyone at, 21 is where you should stop losing weight, and diet sways on its own even without weight loss so please if you're at 18.5 naturally, STAY THERE.
