I usually have a positive OPK by now, but I don't and I got a very high temp reading today that makes me think I might have ovulated yesterday. Has this happened to anyone else?

Temping is the most reliable way to tell if you've ovulated so if you've had a temp spike you've ovulated. You can miss opk if you only test once a day or if you don't leave long enough between having a drink and testing. Hope that helps!
Yes I had negative opks but still got a temp rise after my MC last year

Yes, this actually happens a lot. OPKs are only reliable enough to be totally infuriating. If it stays high then you'll know for sure. Good luck!!!Quote:

Oh, those OPKs are so obnoxious, aren't they?? Sometimes that happens with no rhyme or reason to it, it seems.
