Hello ladies, new to the forum, I was so dreaming of a little pink baby, but the tech said (with in the first 2 mins of starting the scan at 13w1d) "...oh looks like a little brother!" She was so excited, and I kept my cool till we left the scan room. Please ladies, put me out of my misery, is this a boy nub or is this just a shadow, or is this a leg or what is this?? I am still clinging (for dear life) to the hope that they might still be wrong in this, please give me some opinions...
I'm sorry - I wish I could tell you what you so desperately hope to hear -but- that's a textbook baby boy nub. Your picture is pretty much exactly the same as my little guys 13 wk ultrasound. Brothers are pretty fantastic, you'll see! Good luck with everything :happy:
I'm sorry to say but I agree with Nicoler, my youngest boys nub looked pretty much like that and he is all boy. Also agree that brothers are fab and although I'm sure your sad right now, I was when I realised I had such a boy nub shot, you will soon fall in love with your newest little guy. Good luck.

Looks very similar to my scan with my 4th I tried so hard to convince myself that it was a leg. It wasn't.
