When taking epo and fish oil....

Does one need to be a lower dose than the other? I'm sure I read it somewhere! Mine are both 500 I think?

Are any vits harmful to a baby that you need to be careful of? I have never really been one for taking vitamins so it concerns me slightly! Thank you

EPO needs to be equal or less than Omega 3/saturated fat.

Megadoses are harmful. No more than 100% of anything but Vit. D and folic
