How much yoga?
How long and how often should I be doing yoga? I just looked into fertility yoga and found some short videos on YouTube. I also found some poses to do and have started that. It basically equals 10 minutes a day which doesn't seem like enough.

My recommendation would be yoga in addition to some musclebuilding exercise (or if it's musclebuilding yoga, 30-45 min 4-5 days a week)

Thanks, I'm currently lifting weights 30 minutes a day, 4 times a week and trying to increase my walking everyday. Is ten minutes of "fertility" yoga poses, 4-5 times a week okay or is that not enough?
My 30 minutes of weights does include some cardio and elevates my heart rate a bit.

Atomic, do you still recommend yoga? I've been getting back into it on my off days from lifting, but worried it might be too "relaxed" for blue, since it's one of the few things that calms me down? Lol

OMG! This is totally excellent for blue! It's body weight, moderate exercise. Even though it calms you down, it's one of the best forms of moderate exercise there is!
I did it with all 3 of my boys! Last time, I did the 60min of cardio and did the yoga on top of that. I still got a boy!

Being relaxed doesn't hurt a blue sway, it's that being wound up is terrible for a pink one.
It's fine and I def. did it with 2 of my 4.
