Personally, I think there are better options than ginger for morning sickness so I personally wouldn't take the chance for mild MS. It can aggravate gall bladder issues and many people have gall bladder stuff happen during pregnancy. They know so little about the effects of any of these things first of all and secondly, you never know what's in them so you may not even be getting all ginger. I would just eat regular meals and use sour candy like Jolly Ranchers if your MS is mild.
Good point
I have to say for a few weeks ginger pills were the only things getting me through the day
Nothing else helped and doctors in Germany won't prescribe anything for morning sickness.
