When did people receive their plans?

Hi I completed the questionnaire about 10 days ago and just wondered how long it took to receive your plan?
I've started Le already.
I don't have access to a Pc all the time so wondered if maybe it's because of my phone I can't see it?

This one I got done on time but did have 2 late this week. That only happens very rarely in this case due to family emergency. Thanks for patience everyone.
