Just got BFP more scared than happy
I just got a BFP. I'm still in shock and I'm more scared than happy right now. Is that normal? I feel like the sway was crap and I'm already tryin to set myself up for disappointment.
I didn't take any vitamins except folic acid a couple of times (I kept forgetting to take it). We had one attempt this cycle. My exersize is moderate. (I'm on a women's rugby team and we practice 2hrs twice a week. Lots of hitting and running. I work up a good sweat. DH has been drinking a moderate amount of soy milk. DH drinks 1-2 strong beers a day. I've been skipping breakfast (2 cups strong black coffee with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice sprinkled in) at 6-7am. Lunch at 11am usually rice dishes or soup. Dinner around 5pm. Usually 2 strong IPA beers a day.
My guess would be daily cal has been in limit (maybe 1800) and protein and fat maybe a little over. (Like 20g-40g per meal.)
I've been doing LE (with a couple cheat days when AF) for about 4months). I lost about 10-15lbs the first couple months, but have been holding steady and not losing or gaining for about a month or 2.
During the last half of TWW I pretty much gave up diet. I had a few cheats in there. No snacks but more portions. I feel like I screwed it up. :(
