Brewers yeast for DH

Hi ladies,
I just started reading Atomic's essays. I was thinking of getting Royal jelly due to good results but after reading the suggestion from Atomic, I am dropping it.

Plan to take BY.
Can DH take BY pills or does it raise estrogen?

I think you're best off just giving him a men's over 50 multivitamin. I find that the more we ask DH to take for sways, the more they balk at it and it's not necessary.

He has been cooperative. If you say BY doesn't increase his estrogen levels I will give him.

Do you think it increases estrogen?

I don't know if it does or not, I never give it to husbands and have no idea what results would be. If he's eating good and taking a good multivitamin then he doesn't need it.
