Pre sway plan - will you guys offer any pointers?
I was doing LE (kind if) and the cardio for about 5ish months. Had a chemical and then a miscarriage. I haven't done the cardio in about 5-6 weeks because I thought I was pregnant. I'm about 110 pounds and 5'4" so trying not to lose and stay stable. Will you guys rate my plan?
Food: I do use butter as my primary cooking oil. I jus really like the taste. I don't really want to do artificial sweeteners.
Breakfast: I wake around 7 and have 2 iced coffees around 8ish with whole milk and maple. I count this as a meal and I can't live with out it.
Lunch: at 12ish tons of veggies, usually a cheese quesadilla. Some times an apple, muffin, Pepsi, or ice cream.
Dinner: at 5ish. Lots of veggies, rice, and meat maybe 3x a week
I try to stay around 1800 and know I'm probably on the higher end of the limits. I'd guess I'm like 60 grams for fat and protein each.
Supplements: just folate. I was taking vitex but I'm afraid of it stalling ovulation. No jellies or anything.
Exercise: I'm going to start up again about 5x a week just walking or jogging in intervals.
Sex: I'm not going to chart while I wait to O but if I notice a ton of CM, I might take an OPK. Sex every 3-4 days. No orgasm. Missionary. Lay down for 3 mins and then wipe.
DH: won't do anything at all to sway.
