Why 60 minutes?
I can get to the gym, no problem. But, the childcare people usually come and get me anywhere between 30 and 45 min into my workout. My 2 year old son just doesn't want to be there and gets so upset. In the last week I've been able to get 50 minutes a few times.
Why does it have to be 60 minutes and could it be different for different body types?
