3 questions--
Is it best to use both opk and temp ? For ttc blue, do you bd right away with pos opk or wait a bit? My cycle is irregular
Also, is seltzer/soda water okay for boy sway??
How important is rubittusen? Does it have side effects? I don't like to use extra drugs, is there anything natural I can try to have the same effect ? When do you take it prior to bd?
