This months plan

I am on CD3 and really need to finalise my plan for this month. I am on clomid and it REALLY REALLY dried my up last month and think it is why I didn't fall pregnant. With my last two I fell first cycle. So I am trying to work out how to increase my cm with continuing ttcing a girl. I so want my little girl!!

So do I?
- Use EPO with rephresh 2 days before O?
- Use fertileCM with rephresh 2 days before O?
- Use Preseed with rephresh 2 days before O?
- Or something else???

Keep in mind DH ph is way high 9.5, mines usually pretty low but my diet has gone crazy bad (must get back onto that. I will be BD all the way though O no frequent release or abstinence as DH just can't do either as I found out last month. DH will be having a hot shower before our attempts though. I am not on the diet either and I am breastfeeding. Thoughs????

I can't help a great deal but I know that Atomic suggested using a little preseed for ladies ttc and on Clomid if it's made them very dry - just to give the sperm a hand to make it out of the V into the cervix. The cm in the cervix should still be hostile and sway pink (because of the Clomid) but without the helping hand and in the absence of EWCM they might not even make it that far.

I sympathise with your DH's pH too - I only tested my DH's a couple of weeks before our attempt and was shocked to discover it was a 10! He started taking cranberry and drinking coke but it didn't seem to change (though I wasn't very scientific with how I tested it - just stuck a strip on 'spillage' a couple of times!!). In the end I had to put it out of mind and get on with it regardless!

I am on my first cycle of clomid right now. I *may* be using a little bit of preseed if needed. At the moment I am having a little cm.

As for thye diet, I would try my best to follow it as I believe it really is important for the sway. However, since you are breastfeeding, I would try and keep your calorie intake a bit above the diet suggestions.

As for your DH... will he drink CL or coke?? My DH is not really following the diet but is drinking a TON of CL and diet/caffiene free Coke/pepsi. I tested him last night and it was between 7 and 7.5. He is also taking cranberry every other day.

I answered you on another thread already but I think your best option is to use Preseed + Robitussin. Preseed will keep the troops alive to make it into the cervix and then Robitussin will thin out the mucus somewhat so at least something can get through. Normally I wouldn't advise someone on Clomid to do Robitussin, but since you're making nothing on your own, it may be the only way.
