Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I'm a big eater usually, and I tried to really cut back on my portions. I definitely ate less protein and fat. I'm not a breakfast person, but I did cut out my evening snack and pushed lunch back as late at 1pm or 2pm some days. I also dropped a lot of calories by drinking less mt dew. I did not go vegetarian, but I stuck to fish, chicken, and some pork.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? I started the LE in late June, was on it pretty strict until I got a BFP in October, then went off the diet completely for 3 weeks. Then when I had my loss, I went back on the diet but was only on it about 2 weeks before I conceived again. So, about 16 strict weeks, 3 weeks off, then 2 weeks back on.

Comments regarding DH's diet- He switched to soy milk and diet soda, and tried to eat less nutritious food with me.
DId you consume alcohol?
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? I tried to do the alcohol, but I had really struggled with it, so I only did a drink every few days, and I wasn't drinking at all the cycle I got my bfp.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? By the time I got my BFP I had to increase calories to 1800 per day to slow weight loss.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I was 125lbs when I started the LE diet, so BMI 20.9, with body fat around 24%. I was 112 when I got my BFP, BMI 19.2 and body fat 20%. This was my lowest adult weight, but at conception I was at my same conception weight at DS2.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I had to stop exercise in August due to losing weight too fast, so I tried to do couch potato, but I am a very active person in my regular life.

Any relevant attempt details? I was on my side spooning for our attempt. I did have a big O. I laid there for just a minute or two, then got up and wiped off.

Any additional supplement info? DH took OLE for almost 12 weeks before our attempt, 1000mg per day.
I took fiber most days when I remembered, and folic acid on every other day because it made me sick. I was on iron every 3rd day due to anemia.
Did you do anything with Ions? I had a lavender air freshener in the bedroom, switched to lavender soap and deodorant.
Moon Phase during conception? First Quarter
Did you use any Old Wives Tales? I had pink baby ballet shoes under the mattress
Things that make me feel great about my sway: DH was on OLE for a long time and we only had the one attempt with a pretty good abstain (maybe a week or more).
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I was off the diet during my loss cycle, I didn't exercise but I also wasn't completely idle. I was also smaller than when I conceived my first DS, but around the same size as second DS.
