Hi ladies. I've been drinking to Milos a day to help cut down on cups of tea for girl sway but I'm not sure what Milo sways. It seems to have quite a few nutrients in it. Does anyone know? Thanks

I would definitely stay clear of milo I think it has alot of vitamins in it
If it's fortified it's a nono. Sadly despite my nationality I am unfamiliar with Milo.
It has vitamins and it also has gobs of sugar in it, which is not a good idea to drink so much of when you're on the alternate diets (even halfheartedly). It has the same glycemic response in your body as drinking a soda pop, it's that sugary. If you're drinking it between meals, that counts as snacking.
Ok. What about a hot cup of cocoa/drinking chocolate? Might be better than the milo I'm thinking. Otherwise I do have decaf tea bags.
Hot cocoa in moderation, not every day, and only with meals is okay.
Anything with cals or carbs needs ot be with meal.
Also, sugary stuff is not great for egg quality even WITH a meal so if that is a concern then best to avoid/limit
