Breastfeeding advise please confused!

Hi I'm breastfeeding my 14 month old and thinking of swaying In May/June , I'm going to the docs today to get the mini pill as I'm worried we may have an accident and thought it would help with sway in a few months my problem is I would really like to stop breastfeeding ASAP but also want to do the best sway possible,would it be a silly move to stop? If I stopped I could up caffeine and alcohol, I will be doing le ish diet and exercise! With thanks xx

I do think breastfeeding sways pink but you should put your own needs and wishes ahead of swaying.

You can have caff and alcohol while breastfeeding a 14 month old, it's scientifically proven to be ok. The amount of either that comes out in your milk is not enough to affect a 14 month old negatively.
