Hi all
HRC have asked me to start prenatal vitamins with DHA and folate, co-enzyme Q10 in oil 400-600mg daily. Are these 2 separate supplements? I've used pregnacare conception for our previous natural attempts - do they fit the bill? And do you guys recommend any additional supplements for me or DH? He's none too pleased at being asked to take cyvita!
