help on the frequent release

Hi, regarding frequent release - can anyone tell me the difs between DTD with a condom (for 7 days prior to attempt) and my DH DTD to himself for 7 days prior to attempt? both seem to be safe options prior to the actual day of intercourse/first attempt but many on here talk of both of them so im confused

We will be trying for girl and can can do either DTD with condom or DH sorts himself not sure if to do bit of both or one or the other. If anyone can clarify this for me i would appreciate it.

I don't think there is a difference. Both have the same net result.

That is great to hear. Sounded about the same difference to me. Atleast i know we have the option of either or both, depending on our mood :)

Atomic - dont be cross please!! :) but can i check with you regarding using the second batch - like after a hurry up FR. What is important about the second batch thats not in the first batch??

Hope atomic responds soon, I think the idea is that it reduces the sperm count, maybe? Sperm don't have a chance to recover, I think they have found that lower sperm count sways pink?

It's lower numbers of sperm that may sway pink.

I don't know if anyone's found that, it is the theory though.

So little of these theories have actually been tested even just a little so I just like everyone to keep that in the back of their minds.
