Hi ladies ,iam doing walking mainly and power walking treadmil 60min min, I'm getting in 5 days at the moment but I'm wondering should the walking be consistent like the 5 days in a row cause I've been doing 3days then 1day off then doing it the next two day , just sometimes hard to fit it .
