OLE for DH, which brand? Where to buy?

Apologies if this has been raised before, I've had a search but can't quite find the answer I'm looking for.

I'm struggling to buy OLE for DH in the correct quantities in the UK, the amounts are really high. Can anyone recommend a suitable brand/product? Also, should I be taking it as well as DH? At the mo I'm only taking Folic Acid (1200) and fibre supplements.

Hi glittermouse! I'm in australia and had the exact same problem. Lowest dose I could find was 3000mcg (3g) so I was told to have dh take only 3 x week. Hope this helps :)

I don't recommend brands generally so I'm hoping one of our UK gals can chime in.

Only DH takes it.

I know it seems counterintuitive after reading other sites but we get best results with FEWER supps. :)

My dh uses the same as Jennypenny's, from Amazon too!
