So ladies when ttc a pinky what supps do you reccommend for myself and hubby?
I know folic acid is always a good idea no matter whether you're swaying pink or blue. And fiber is really good for you to take before fatty meals. I don't plan on taking anything else so I haven't paid much attention but if you check out the Complete Index, there are links to all of the supps. For DH, I know a lot are taking Olive Leaf Extract. I'm going to try and get my DH to take that but he is awful for remembering to take things so I might not bother.
I cannot tell anyone what supps to take or not take without a custom plan, there are just too many variables.
Everyone needs to take folic acid or folate!!!
