How do I put the update sign in my title or change a title?

I have a thread in the ultrasound gender prediction forum and I wanted to post the update sign or change the thread title so that the people who commented and guessed can know I now have the gender results.

If you go to your first post and click on 'edit post' underneath, then the advanced button you should see the option to add the update sign.
