Comments regarding DW's diet changes- -
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? I had started weight watchers February 2015 and lost about 12 pounds before starting LE diet in May. When I started LE the main difference in that and weight watchers was much less protein and a little less nutrients for me. I ate a lot of mini bagels with light cram cheese, soup and a lot of salads with iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, small portions of chicken a few times a week at supper time with rice and a lot of pasta with tomatoe sauce or Alfredo. Not a lot of snacking and I did have a little cinnamon in my coffee in the mornings. Also a couple of peppermint teas in the evenings. I did still eat quite a bit of protein as I felt so unhealthy the whole time following LE . But still tried to stay within limits. I also ate quite a bit of dairy. Basically I dieted for 10 mos but 7 mos was more Of the LE guidelines. I lost another 10 pounds on LE.
Did you skip breakfast regularly? Yes

Any Diet Details? -
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? Some days I wouldn't be able to go too long without breakfast so I would have a small snack around 1030 or 11. Also, the last month before conceiving I started to eat quite a bit more calories as I didn't want to loose more weight. I think I was eating around 18-1900 calls a day.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 114 pounds
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I started walking 6 days a week at 50-60 mins a day in July. I kept that up until October and then dropped down to 4 days a week at 50 minutes as it was getting me stressed out when I wasn't getting pregnant.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: A bit of jump and dump and also I did use opk, I thought I had missed it because I was temping and my temp was raised the morning we dtd and I panicked but I kept taking the opk that day because I hadn't yet gotten a positive and sure enough I got the positive that evening. I think that my temp was raised as I didn't sleep well the night before. So attempt was made the Sunday morning and had my positive opk that Sunday eve. i had my ultrasound and it seems that I ovulated 3 days after that Sunday morning.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Not being as strict with diet and exercise the last month or two and having 2 attempts.
Things worth mentioning: I really think that changing my diet and being very strict and also the excersise has made all the difference for me. I was eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted when I concieved my boys as well as never excersising!
I would like to give atomic a huge thank you for all your dedication to this wonderful site. And of course thank you to God for answering our prayers.
