FR or regular release with the one attempt method

Hi ladies!
Just curious, which have y'all found to be more effective swaying pink, frequent release or regular release with the one attempt method?
My plan consists of(in case it matters in the decision):
LE diet (will have been on it 12 weeks when trying to conceive), swimming 2x week for 45min each and spin class for 50 min 2x a week (total of working out 4 days a week). Unfortunately, that's all I have time for right now. :(
-drinking 2 diet cokes daily
-negative ion bracelet and salt lamps
-DH is taking aspirin, cutting down on red meat by over half, tight boxer briefs.
Night of attempt:
-10 min warm/hot shower for DH beforehand, shallow release, sylk, no orgasm for me, j+D (5 min after)

FR is what I put in your custom plan for you guys to start with, but the important thing is that you keep that one attempt as long as we can.

The benefit of the reg. release + one attempt is that it can get ya preggo quicker and thus there's less risk that you stop ovualtion and have to basically sway blue to get pregnant at all. And if DH can't keep up with the FR it is a fine option.

FR has been disappointing results. I keep it in the mix only because most peopel want to give it a go at the start just to see if they can get pregnant that way. It is totally up to you guys if you keep it or lose it.
