Fiber/Metamucil

Does Metamucil sway girl? I know a lot of people are in fiber for girl sways but is it fiber through food or something like Metamucil? Also does magnesium sway girl? Thanks

We are taking fiber supplements, either Metamucil type fiber or fiber gummies that have no added vitamins.

I used chitosan before meals.

Suppkemrntal fibre is what seems to sway.

Yes, we think fiber does sway pink (and our early results showed that clearly - now everyone takes it so it's harder to see)

Both foods and supplements sway, we use supplements because they're more of a "sure thing" than fiber from foods are.

I personally don't think magnesium sways pink. The ONLY reason why anyone ever took mag for swaying was because it was supposed to "help calcium work better" Not because the mag was supposed to even do anything. So not only is it added nutrients which may sway blue, it wasn't even part of the French Gender Diet mentality when taken alone.
