Once you get your bfp can you drastically change diet back to normal all at once?
Hello. I was curious - once you get a bfp (I haven't yet!) is it safe to change your diet back to normal suddenly? I normally eat a paleo type diet so my girl sway diet is very different than my norm. Once I'm pregnant, I want to eat as healthy as I can for the baby but don't want to shock my system. When I keep reading that you need to taper off vitamins and supplements once you get your bfp it made me wonder if the same goes for food? Or should you gradually reintroduce sodium, more meats, etc.
