This is my first month using cbfm, I am ttc girl and we are bding through ov. Can anyone who has used it in conjunction with temping tell me what it said on the day they ov, was it 'high' or 'peak' and if it was peak, was it the first record dat. Thanks!
it varies per person - the first peak is exactly the same as a positive on an OPK - so OV will happen within 12-48hrs of that
I've used the CBFM in conjunction with temping for 3 cycles in total - in 1 of them temps showed I ov'd on the 2nd peak, on another I ov'd on the 1st peak, and on the third my temps said I ov'd on the 2nd peak but my scan dates (an early one and also dating scan) both agreed with each other and put me one day ahead so said that I ov'd on the day of the 1st peak
I'm swaying boy, but am waiting for af to start and I will be using this monitor too for the first time so will be watching this thread!!
This morning I got the egg sign!!!! I'm so excited as I didn't ov last cycle but it went from low to peak so I feel a bit unprepared!!! I was planning on eating basic food when I saw high and I had curry last night, oh dear!!! Oh well, I'll be god today and I'll probably ov today, can you lose weight in a day????!!!???
don't worry about the curry, they have girls in India too ;)

I had just the same thing happen swish, first cycle using it and went from low to peak yesterday! Got another peak today so am assuming will O today or tomorrow. I am ttc girl too and will bd through O.
You may well O tomorrow (when I was using monitor for previous pg I used to always get 2 peak readings and O on second reading). Let us know what happens and good luck!!

Good luck with the monitor ttc5, I loved seeing the egg this morning, lol!!! I hated trying to decipher the darkness of the line on opk!!!
It can always go from low to peak or low high peak you just never know what will happen! And Im using this monitor for years! But for sure you don't O before the peak window! Usually on the second peak or even after.But this month I had O on the first peak day. So I always use the smiley test to just to make sure lol oh yeah and temping too:sigh:
