Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Skipped breakfast every day, stopped drinking green tea and drank peppermint instead, Low everything diet within reason, had a few cheats. Drank more milk than usual. Supplements were cranberry tablets, vitex and calcium.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: I feel as though I tried most things that were important in the month. So lucky it worked!
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Diet wasn't as strict as most people do
Things worth mentioning: Shallow release really helps I believe. For Sperm to swim further. Skipping breakfast and changing a few little things along with adding supplements plays a big part I believe..
