April is going to be awesome 2ww thread!

Hi all! Thought I'd kick this off with an intro about myself and hope you all follow suit. Bit of a get to know each other straight up kinda idea :)

Many of you already know me. I talk alot hahaha but sometimes take a step back too as this will be cycle 12 for me. First cycle on clomid days 3-7 after some ordinary fsh and amh test results. Sticking to e2d cd8-18 as per my ob recommendations. Due to o hopefully in 4/5 days :) if clomid doesn't affect my usual o day/s. Miscarried cycle 8 so at least I know I can get pregnant and here's hoping for a sticky bean this cycle! Spent better part of last year swaying pink but have dropped all swaying and just ttc! Good luck everyone! Cant wait to see some bfps!!

I everyone . I am back again. Took my 4th round of clomid this month. I ovulated cd19 and i am currently 2dpo! I hope everyone gets their bfp this month!! April has to be our month!! Good luck

Hi all,
History: been ttc for a long while now, joined gd April last year, only had 4 afs in last year, discovered I had pcos,(atomic spotted it 1st from my symptoms, Thankyou atomic!) had test to confirm it, put on a waiting list to see national health fertility specialist (still waiting for that appointment it on April 7th) got fed up and sort out private treatment and paid for it myself. Tried 1 round of clomid and I didn't respond at all to it. Suffered with thin womb lining too so doc tried me back on bc pill for 28 days tried another round of clomid still nothing but womb lining was now thickening. So doc made a decision to stop that cycle (with some pushing) put me on metformin induced a af to start new cycle. Had a baseline scan while af was here then started gonal f injections for 8 days. Had a scan yesterday and I have 1 lovely egg ready and waiting to go. Yay so 7pm last night I had the trigger injection.
I have not actually od yet, but as I took the trigger shot I know I'm going to o tomorrow morning and the officially be in the tww.
We bd this morning because we fell asleep last night oops! Never mind. Hoping I will have a girl sticky bean soon!

When are you all going to test? I have seen some people test every days so they can see when is the earliest they would get a BFP. But I know I cannot do that as the trigger shot is going to give me false postives for at least 10-14 days ( nurse said 14- instruction leaflet say 10).

Hi ladies I'm subbing in to follow and stalk you all. But DH and I have decided that we are going to do HT in LA, it's such a huge scary decision but that's now our plan. [emoji92][emoji92][emoji92]

Not going over late June so just preparing until then.

Omg magical!!!!!! What a major decision you and dh had to make!! I'm so happy for you but just wish it was happening now lol! I literally cannot wait to see you pregnant with a sticky bean and now a pink one!! Beyond excited for you!!!!

Beautifulrainbow I have 2 boys already, the youngest turns 2 in May :) so while I swayed for a girl last year I am so ready for a blue bundle as I just want to get pregnant. My time and fertility is running out and I feel very blessed that I no longer care about gender. If I'd fallen pregnant early on and got an opposite I'm not sure how I would've felt so that's why I feel lucky now that I didn't. Does that make sense??? I almost feel like I've dodged the gender disappointment bullet but been hit by the infertile one instead lol

I suffed with dissapointment and depression after I found out my 3rd was a boy. Wasn't depressed so much because my 3 was a boy there was other factors going on at the time which got me into that state the dissapointment just added to it, because I naïvely assumed it had to be a girl 3rd time round. But in the end I got over it and On my way! gosh he is the sweetest boy ever, lovely to joke about and make people laugh. I swear he saved our Marriage too!
So if I have a 4th boy I would be happy too and he will be loved I know from going on experiance, but of cause I would like to have said I did everything in my power for it to have been a girl, not for everyone else for me. If that doesn't happen then I know I was only ever meant to be a boy mum. After everything I have just been through I'd just mostly be thankful that we got pregnant, to smell that baby smell and have baby cuddles for one last time.:happy:

The only way it happened was because we won a holiday to LA, or else we wouldn't of been able to afford it. So DH and I have been thinking hard about it the past few weeks. We thought we would give it a go and if it doesn't work we have our 2 frosties back here to use. Huge decision but I'm not putting any pressure on myself telling myself it prob won't work.

Hi all. Most of you know me from other ttc tww threads. 4th cycle ttc number 4, swaying boy. Unfortunately had a chemical pregnancy 1st cycle ttc in December. Falling pregnant is harder than I thought it was going to be as I fell so easily with my first 2 dds, then with dd3 it took 3 cycles as we were trying to follow shettles timing for a boy & only dtd on o day. The cycle I fell pregnant I'd had enough as I knew that limiting to o day was not working so we dtd 0-3, 0-2 & 0 & bam I was pregnant. Anyway I'm 11/12 Dpo & expect AF tomorrow or Saturday. Haven't tested with a frer yet this cycle, (have used Internet cheapies though)trying to hold out & not waste any.
