Hi Ladies,
Going off Blackmores Conceieve Well and not sure if to take just folic acid or I-Folic also how many tablets do I take a day?
Hubby is on Concieve Well for men, which sways boys but he is in 40's and not sure what best option is for us?

If you take Ifolic you have to be careful because if you take enough folic, you'll OD on iodine. Ifolic is ok to take, but make sure you also take OTHER folic source to add up to the recommended 1200 mcg
If you think you need to give hubby vitamins that is totally up to you. But, of course most children ever conceived were before the invention of men's fertility vitamins LOL and many were to men in their 40's. :)
